Our Work
Commercial acoustical installations across a range of industries and building types.
Federal Government Buildings
We've done a lot of work in federal buildings throughout Northern California. These jobs have strict specs, security protocols, and Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Our work includes standard acoustical tile, secure facility upgrades, and specialty treatments for conference rooms and classified communication areas. Everything meets GSA standards for fire rating, acoustics, and accessibility.
Schools & Educational Facilities
Good acoustics in a classroom aren't optional — if kids can't hear the teacher, they can't learn. We've installed ceilings and wall panels in classrooms, gyms, cafeterias, auditoriums, and admin offices across Sacramento-area school districts. We focus on speech intelligibility — making sure the teacher's voice carries clearly to every seat. All work is DSA-approved. We schedule around the school calendar, doing most work over summer break.
Corporate Offices
Class A towers in downtown Sacramento, office parks in Roseville and Folsom — we've put in thousands of square feet of commercial ceiling systems. Our office work uses tegular-edge tiles for a clean look with NRC ratings that support speech privacy in private offices and reduce noise in open plans. Most of our office work is tenant improvements — we're used to tight schedules and working in occupied buildings.
Movie Theaters & Entertainment
Theaters need precise acoustic control. Sound has to stay in each auditorium and not bleed into the next one. We've installed high-NRC ceiling panels, wall panel systems, and specialty treatments designed to keep sound where it belongs. We do both new construction and renovations.
Retail Stores
Retail ceilings need to look good, hold up to foot traffic, and not fall apart in five years. We've done national chains, local stores, and shopping center common areas. The work includes standard grid systems, specialty metal ceilings for high-end stores, and wood accent features that set a store apart from the competition.
Auto Dealerships
Dealerships are a unique challenge — big open showrooms, high ceilings, and the need to look sharp for customers while also covering service bays. We've installed ceiling systems in showrooms, service lanes, waiting areas, and back offices. A lot of these jobs combine standard tile in the offices with metal or wood ceilings in the showroom to create different zones.
