The CertainTeed Baroque BET-197 offers a slightly higher NRC of 0.60 compared to 0.55 for both the Armstrong and USG options, making it the better choice when sound absorption is a priority.

Both the USG Radar 2310 and CertainTeed BET-197 offer 83% light reflectance compared to Armstrong's 80%, which can contribute to energy savings in lighting.

All three carry a Class A fire rating and a CAC of 35, meeting standard commercial building code requirements.
